Medications related to terminal diagnosis (most pain and bowel medicines).
Durable medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, etc.)
Supplemental nutrition, oxygen, and other equipment and supplies as needed.
Nursing care (at least weekly with 24-hour on call availability).
Home Health Aides to provide assistance with daily activities such as: bathing, feeding, light housekeeping, etc.
Social Workers to assist with emotional support and connecting patient and family with resources available in the community.
Chaplains to assist patient and family with spiritual needs or to facilitate communication with established relationships.
Volunteers to visit or sit with patients to establish relationships with patients or allow caregivers the opportunity to have some time for themselves.
